　　The machine’s fabric-reel roller is driven by an AC motor and features vector-controlled variable-frequency speed regulation. A set of load sensors is installed on the spindle of a central guiding roller, enabling precise control of fabric tension during the dyeing and washing processes. This is a dynamically balanced system with closed-loop parameter feedback control. Inside the machine, there is a center-axis oscillating compensator equipped with two guide rollers and two spreading rods. The compensator can rotate around its central axis while maintaining a constant angle between the spreading rods and the guide rollers, thus ensuring that no creases are formed when winding lightweight fabrics. Moreover, the distance between the guide rollers and the fabric roll remains precisely constant throughout the winding process.
