The Teflon heat exchanger products are manufactured using fine-tube materials—PFA, FEP, and PTFE—from DuPont USA. They feature multiple positioning plates that run through the tubes, with both ends securely welded to connectors made of the same material. The tubes are coiled into U-shaped, W-shaped, L-shaped, straight-bundle, or circular configurations. A protective frame made of high-temperature and corrosion-resistant pure PP or PVDF effectively shields the heat-exchanger tube bundle from mechanical damage. The entire heat exchanger is designed for either side-mounted or bottom-mounted installation, tailored to the dimensions—length, width, and height—of the working tank. The interfaces at both ends of the heat exchanger are available in stainless steel (304, 316) flanged connections or PP/PVC fittings; the interface diameters can be matched to the diameter sizes of your steam, hot water, or cold water pipelines.

Main technical parameters:

A. The Dizhibao Teflon heat exchanger products feature tube bundles with diameters of Φ9, Φ6, Φ5, Φ4, and Φ3, arranged in a honeycomb pattern with flanges. The entire unit is welded as a single piece. A protective frame made of corrosion-resistant pure PP sheets is used to maintain the shape and precise positioning of the tube bundles, ensuring ease of use, simple installation, cleanliness, and aesthetic appeal. The connections are either stainless steel (304, 316) flanged or PP/PVC fittings. Heating is achieved using steam (or thermal oil or hot water); cooling is accomplished by circulating chilled water (groundwater, tap water, well water, or chilled water).

b. Product temperature range: -150～260℃; operating pressure: steam ≤ 0.5 MPa; refrigerant ≤ 1.5 MPa.

c. Uses capillary heating, features a thin wall, non-stick surface, small bore diameter, high pressure resistance, and excellent flexibility and softness.

d. Product quality inspection: In the closed-loop system, saturated steam at 0.3 MPa is stabilized for 1 hour; cold-pressure single pipe at 1.4 MPa is stabilized for 8 hours; weld strength: >50 N/rod.

Material characteristics:

1. Due to the inherent non-stick and self-cleaning properties of fluoroplastics, virtually no medium can adhere to their surface, ensuring that no fouling occurs during operation. Consequently, heat exchangers made from fluoroplastic materials possess a certain self-cleaning ash-removal function. Additionally, fluoroplastic tube bundles are lightweight, resulting in slight vibrations during use.

2. Fluoroplastic heat exchange tubes have a smooth surface and a low coefficient of friction. Moreover, fluoroplastic heat exchange tubes are more elastic than their metal counterparts. The tube bundle in a fluoroplastic heat exchanger ensures that the fluid requiring heating comes into full contact with the steam, maximizing the surface area of contact and thereby enhancing heat transfer efficiency. Since fluoroplastics themselves are relatively lightweight, under the same operating conditions, fluoroplastic heat exchangers are significantly lighter than conventional metal heat exchangers, which facilitates both transportation and installation.

3. It exhibits excellent thermal stability, flexibility, crack resistance, and transparency, and is capable of continuous processing while adapting to extremely harsh processing environments.

4. The product has a soft texture and can be bent into any desired shape. However, its radius of curvature must be ≥150 mm, and it exhibits extremely high flame resistance. It is a highly dense, non-polar material with excellent electrical insulation properties, featuring outstanding dielectric performance. During operation, it does not generate leakage current or exhibit bipolar electrode effects.

5. Excellent anti-aging performance: The molecular structure contains no photosensitive genes, meaning it is unaffected by ozone, ultraviolet radiation, and other such factors. It can withstand immersion in highly corrosive media and prolonged exposure to harsh atmospheric conditions. Thanks to its numerous advantages—such as corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and resistance to dust accumulation—the fluoroplastic heat exchanger exhibits exceptional chemical stability. Its molecular structure is completely symmetrical, linear polymer with no side chains; the molecules are non-polar and thus chemically highly stable. It remains unharmed even after prolonged contact with strong acids, strong bases, oxidizing agents, oxidizing compounds, and aqua regia. It can also tolerate hydrofluoric acid at concentrations ranging from 0% to 100% when boiling. As a result, the service life of this equipment can extend up to 8 to 10 years.

Article 1: (Product Warranty Terms)

For the Dizhibao corrosion-resistant heat exchanger series, if defects attributable to product quality arise within one year (excluding factors such as improper use, man-made damage, natural disasters, etc.), we will provide a free replacement with a brand-new heater. The validity period starts from the date of issuance of the delivery invoice. If the last day of the validity period falls on a statutory holiday, the last day of validity shall be the day following the holiday.

The after-sales replacement service for the Dizhibao liquid heater is available only if all of the following five working conditions are fully met:

1. Within the after-sales warranty period

2. The product cannot transfer heat; the heat exchanger is malfunctioning.

3. Heat exchanger damage and cracking due to non-human causes

4. Abnormal pressure conditions in heat exchangers

5. Changes in the non-production environment cause corrosion or damage to the product.
