Installation, Usage, and Precautions:

1. Before use, you must carefully check whether the fasteners in all parts are loose. If any are loose, they must be corrected and tightened.

2. Before starting the pump, the water tank must be completely filled with water. Open the pump’s inlet valve. It is strictly prohibited to run the pump dry or in reverse, as this could damage the mechanical seal and the pump itself.

3. Before shutting down the machine, first relieve the pressure or reduce the vacuum level to below 0.092 MPa, then proceed with shutdown to prevent excessive vacuum from causing backflow and damaging the check valve. (If the check valve fails, open the check valve cover and remove any debris.)

4. For the steam-jet ejector pump, first open the steam supply before starting the pump; when shutting down, close the steam supply first to prevent damage to the water jet pump. When installing the steam piping, ensure that no water accumulates inside the pipes and that the piping is kept perfectly horizontal; otherwise, the vacuum level will be affected.

5. If the water temperature in the circulating water tank is too high, it will affect the air discharge volume and vacuum level. The water needs to be replaced or replenished promptly.
