Changheng Collaborates with Universities: Specialized Drying Equipment for Bleaching Powder Ingredients Now Available

　　Changzhou Changheng Precision Automation Equipment Co., Ltd. has recently collaborated with universities to design and manufacture a specialized drying device for bleaching powder materials, effectively addressing current challenges such as discontinuous drying processes, severe air pollution, high labor intensity, and unstable product quality.
　　This is a new type of energy-efficient, continuously operating drying equipment that can be mass-produced. It features rapid drying speed and high evaporation intensity, effectively improving product quality while significantly reducing dust emissions. The equipment boasts stable performance and simple operation. Multiple trials and practical applications have confirmed that it meets the requirements for continuous, automated drying of bleaching powder, as well as stringent dust collection, emission control, and environmental protection standards.
　　According to Zhao Hongfu, head of Changheng Jinggong, at the end of last year, during business negotiations with Russia’s Ussuri Chemical Industry Joint-Stock Company, it was pointed out that currently, the drying of bleaching powder materials worldwide generally relies on American disc dryers. However, these dryers feature discontinuous production, severe air pollution, high labor intensity, and unstable product quality. This issue has also been troubling many domestic enterprises. Upon receiving this information, the company immediately assembled its core technical personnel and formed a task force together with several experts from Jiangsu Institute of Petrochemical Technology. In just four months, they successfully developed a small-scale experimental drying device specifically designed for bleaching powder.
　　In May 2005, the Russian company visited the enterprise again for an inspection. When they saw the specialized drying test equipment for bleaching powder being operated in the production workshop, they were greatly surprised and expressed their admiration. Subsequently, after conducting extensive examinations and certifications, the Russian company formally recognized the newly developed specialized drying test equipment for bleaching powder and signed a cooperation agreement for the technological upgrade project of a 50,000-ton-per-year bleaching powder drying plant.
