Italy Unveils High-Temperature Jet-Dyeing Machine—Textile Dyeing Achieves New Heights

The Italian Miseria H.T.P. Celsius 143 high-temperature jet dyeing machine is touted as embodying the latest technology and leading-edge standards in jet dyeing machines worldwide. The machine’s fabric-receiving rollers are driven by AC motors and controlled via vector frequency conversion for precise speed regulation. A set of load sensors is installed on the spindle of the central guiding roller, enabling accurate tension control of the fabric throughout the dyeing and washing processes. This is a dynamically balanced system featuring closed-loop parameter feedback control. Inside the machine, there’s a centrally mounted, pivoting compensator equipped with two guide rollers and two spreading bars. The compensator can rotate around its central axis while maintaining consistent spacing between the spreading bars and guide rollers.
