1. Cold water tank: generally welded with carbon steel or welded with rigid PVC plastic plate. The upper part of the tank body is provided with an overflow port, and the lower part is provided with a drain port. The overflow port is used to remove the dirt on the water surface, and the drain port is reserved for changing water and cleaning the sink, or it may not be reserved. The water tank for pickling is made of plastic, and the inner wall made of carbon steel needs rubber lining or fiberglass cover.
2. Hot water tank: similar to cold water tank, it is only equipped with heating facilities, and the overflow port is slightly larger than the cold water tank. The hot water tank is welded from carbon steel. If anti-corrosion treatment is required, it can be lined with soft plastic, fiberglass or rubber plate. This kind of lined electroplating bath is commonly used. It not only has rigidity and strength, but also has corrosion resistance.
3. Acid solution plating bath: the acid solution is highly corrosive, and the plating bath made of carbon steel must undergo anti-corrosion treatment. Lined with soft PVC plastic plate, PP, PTFE, fiberglass or hard rubber plate (Sl001), etc. It can also be welded with rigid PVC plastic plate. The heating tube can be made of titanium tube or fluoroplastic.
4. Electrochemical oil removal tank and alkaline plating tank: since the alkaline solution can be made of corrosion-resistant fluoroplastics, it has strong corrosion resistance.
5. Chemical oil removal tank (alkali tank): its solution is alkaline, and its working temperature is 70~800. The bathtub is mostly made of carbon steel. Due to the high temperature, the outer wall of the bathtub should have a thermal insulation layer.
6. Cathode moving electroplating tank: according to the requirements of electroplating process, the electroplating degreasing processes such as zinc plating, copper plating and nickel plating require continuous cathode movement, horizontal reciprocating or vertical movement. Horizontal movement is applicable to various electroplating tanks, and vertical movement is applicable to degreasing tanks. Therefore, it is necessary to install a device that can move the cathode on the electroplating tank. It should be noted that the cathode moving device should be effectively insulated from the support.
7. Chromium plating tank: it can be made into rectangular or cylindrical according to the purpose. The rectangle is suitable for chrome plating of decorative parts, with large loading capacity; Cylindrical plating solution is applicable to mechanical parts with large size and high requirements for coating thickness. For example, the rod, shaft, shaft sleeve and other functional chrome plating (hard chrome), four or six anodes are installed on the tank body, and four or six anode plates are installed on the base, which can prevent the plated parts from forming ellipses and cones.
The current density used for chromium plating is high, so the volume of the plating solution should be designed according to the load of the power supply. The electricity through the solution is generally not more than 1.5a/L. It can be welded with carbon steel and requires anti-corrosion treatment. Generally, chromium plating solution can be lined with lead plate or lead or titanium. The composite chromium plating solution can be lead lined with 70010 and 30010 tin alloy coated electrodes, which can improve the corrosion resistance of the lining.
