The specific selection of acid-base solution depends on the nature of the waste gas and the situation of the enterprise itself.
The waste gas without acid and alkali but containing oil and dust can be sprayed with circulating water solution. When the waste gas enters from the bottom of the tower, it contacts with the spray medium sprayed from the spray tower. After contact, the waste gas or oil stain is wrapped by water droplets, and the surface area of the water droplets wrapped with pollutants becomes larger again, and the gravity increases. When the gravity becomes larger, the water droplets wrapped with pollutants will fall into the bottom of the spray tower under the action of gravity, and heavier pollutants will sink into the bottom of the tower, Lighter pollutants will float on the surface of circulating water.

1、 Combustible gas treatment:
1. When the combustible gas is discharged from the gas cylinder by the spray tower, the staff shall stand at the side of the gas outlet to prevent the gas from spraying out and hurting people.
2. When the combustion mode is adopted, a pressure reducing valve shall be installed to control the speed of the combustible gas, so that the E gas can be released as slowly as possible and fully burned in the combustion device.
3. For the discharge of combustible gas, if the discharge is large, try to choose a place with few people, pay attention to the prohibition of fireworks around, and provide corresponding fire extinguishers, sand and water.
2、 Treatment of toxic gases:
1. The absorbent and adsorbent used to treat toxic gas in spray tower can be used only after their effectiveness is ensured.
2. When dealing with toxic gas, it is forbidden for workers wearing gas masks, gloves and other protective equipment unrelated to the treatment to enter the toxic gas treatment area.
3、 Inert gas treatment:
Although inert gas is not dangerous, a large amount of inert gas will gather, which will reduce the oxygen content around and suffocate people.
1. Discharge it to a suitable place outside.
2. If the cylinder or instrument is indoor, it can be connected to the exhaust pipe of the spray tower and led to the outdoor for slow discharge.
