The spray tower is composed of an empty tower and a group of nozzles for spraying liquid. The gas generally enters from the bottom of the tower and passes through the whole equipment after being evenly distributed by the gas distribution system. At the same time, the liquid is ejected by one or more nozzles. The gas contacts with the liquid droplets countercurrent. The purified gas is discharged from the tower top after demisting.

2. The surrounding of waste gas treatment equipment shall be kept clean and sanitary.
3. Frequently check whether the spray in the absorption tower is blocked. If it is blocked, clean up or clean the tower in time.
4. The absorption liquid in the purification tower is added through the dosing tank. After the operation of the equipment, a part of the liquid will enter the circulating system, and the liquid will again increase to the level of the liquid inlet. During the use, observe the use of the absorption liquid, and increase it in time if it is found that the consumption is excessive. Check the absorption liquid every 8 hours, and increase it in time if it is insufficient.
5. When the equipment stops running, stop the blower for 1-2 minutes, then stop the circulating water pump, start the circulating water pump for 2-3 minutes, and then start the blower.
